Day 4: Flow with adventure

A mix of thrill and cultural immersion, this day revolves around embracing spontaneity and adventure through water rafting in the holy ganges river

Day 5: Gratitude & New Beginnings 

A reflective morning focused on gratitude practices, allowing participants to process the experiences of the retreat and prepare for new beginnings as they return home.

Vashishta Cave

Vashishta Cave is a famous place in Rishikesh where a wise sage named Vashishta meditated for many years. The cave is super peaceful, with lovely Gular trees all around, making it the best spot to relax. It's like a magical place!

Rise and Reflect

Kunjapuri Temple sunrise provides a serene space for reflection and awakening. Afterward, exploring the Beatles Ashram offers a glimpse into creative expression and global spirituality. The day concludes with the powerful Ganges Aarti, a ritual to surrender and connect with the flow of life.

Beatles Ashram

The Beatles Ashram, also known as the Chaurasi Kutia Ashram, is a historic site located in Rishikesh. It gained widespread recognition due to its association with the iconic British rock band, The Beatles, who stayed at the ashram in 1968 to learn Transcendental Meditation from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

Parmarth Niketan Ashram

It is one of the largest and most well-known ashrams in Rishikesh, situated on the banks of the Holy Ganges River in the foothills of the Himalayas. It serves as both a spiritual retreat and a centre for various activities promoting holistic well-being and environmental consciousness.

Evening Mindfulness with Swami Atma

Swami Atma Jnanananda Giri is an Homeopathic doctor from Kerala, residing in Rishikesh since 20 years. He learned yoga meditation from Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama ashram, Vedanta (knowledge of Indian Philosophy) from Dayananda ashram, and is currently leading students on the path of yoga and meditation. He offers insightful lectures on these topics as well as philosophy, and draws his inspiration of enlightenment practices from the Mandukya Upanishad.
