Day 1: Arrival & Grounding
Upon arrival at the heritage hotel, you’ll settle into the serene environment of Mussoorie, beginning your retreat with a guided mindfulness session focused on grounding. This evening, you'll engage in ice-breaker activities to connect with fellow participants, followed by an authentic vegetarian meal inspired by local flavors, setting the tone for a healthy and mindful retreat.
Day 2: Mountain Mindfulness
Embark on a scenic trek to Lal Tibba, the highest point of Mussoorie, where you can reflect and connect with nature while taking in the breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks. Located in the charming town of Landour, Lal Tibba, which means “red hill” in Hindi, is the perfect destination to witness the majestic beauty of the Himalayas. After the trek, engage in reflective journaling to capture your thoughts and insights while exploring Landour, a scenic town home to impressive history, architecture and people.
Day 3: Cultural Immersion
Begin your day with a Tibetan-inspired flow session that blends traditional movements with mindfulness, followed by a hearty breakfast. You’ll then explore the charm of Mussoorie’s Mall Road, where you can discover local shops, savor street food, and immerse yourself in the vibrant culture. As the day ends, gather around a bonfire for an evening of camaraderie, games, and storytelling, deepening your connection with fellow participants.
Day 4: Harmony Within
The retreat concludes with a final yoga session that focuses on inner harmony and preparing for reintegration into daily life.
